Devshree Sahai

Devshree is a graduate of Delhi College of Art and holds a Master's in Sustainable Design and Innovation. With over a decade of experience in design and advertising, she combines strategic creativity with a strong commitment to sustainability, creating work that is both purposeful and impactful. She began her career at leading multinational agencies, including M&C Saatchi and Euro RSCG, before joining Gopika Chowfla Design in 2012, where she into the role of a Senior Creative Manager and Partner.
She believes that meaningful design emerges from a deep understanding of people, purpose and place. Through strategy, visual storytelling and sustainable thinking, she creates brands and experiences that are authentic, functional and emotionally resonant, with the aim of making a lasting positive impact on people and the planet.

Sumeet Swarup

Sumeet has spent 10 years building the narrative for ecosystems, policy and research. He knows how organisations think, how decisions get made, and how hard it is to say something true and simple when the pressure is to say something safe and complicated.

He takes something complex and make it clear enough that people believe in it.

In addition, he is a writer. I have recently finished my first work of fiction — a pre-teen mystery novel, currently with the editor. 

His approach to design

Most design briefs have a story problem underneath them. A brand doesn't know what it is trying to say, so the design cannot do its job. He starts there — with the story. What does this brand genuinely stand for? What would be lost if it disappeared? What is the one true thing it needs to say? Only when that is clear does the design begin.

He likes working with brands that care about simplicity, honesty, and building something that lasts.
